Composition

Latanoprost 0.005% Eye Drops

Dosage

One drop daily for minimum for 2 weeks, or as directed by Physician.

Mechanism of Action

It is an isopropyl ester prodrug. It is a topical medication used for controlling the progression of glaucoma or ocular hypertension, by reducing intraocular pressure. Lantanoprost is a prostaglandin analogue that works by increasing the outflow of aqueous fluid from the eyes.
