Ketorolac Tromethamine + Ofloxacin Eye Drops - Indication
Dosage

Instill One to two drops in the affected eye(s) every 2 to 4 hours.

Ketorolac tromethamine has a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory analgesic effect by inhibition of prostaglandin synthesis by competitive blocking of the enzyme cyclooxygenase (COX).

Ketorolac is a non-selective COX inhibitor. Ofloxacin is bactericidal and it blocks the bacterial DNA replication by binding itself to an enzyme called DNA gyrase, which allows the untwisting required to replicate one DNA double helix into two inhibiting celll growth.
