Gentamycin 0.3%

Gentamycin Eye Drops - Indication

conjunctivitis, keratitis, keratoconjunctivitis, corneal ulcers, blepharitis, blepharoconjunctivitis, acute meibomianitis and dacryocystitis.

Dosage

Instill one or two drops into the affected eye(s) every four hours.

Mechanism of Action

Gentamicin is a bactericidal antibiotic that works by irreversibly binding the 30 s subunit of the bacterial ribosome, interrupting protein synthesis.
